You can purchase Tanavana products with Net Banking credit/debit card and UPI (Paytm,Airtel Money,Amazon Pay,Ola Money,PayZapp,Freecharge and MobiKwik)

Promotional codes must be entered in the shopping cart in the specific field.
Access your cart and click on "Enter promotional code", enter the corresponding
code and click on apply.
The discount will be applied directly in the shopping cart and you will see the
discounted amount reflected.
If you have any problems entering your code, please contact our Customer
Service team.

We are sorry. It is not possible to make an exchange or add new products to your
order once you have completed your purchase. We advise to place a new order.

Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders in India. For the rest of the world you can see the
shipping cost before the check out.

We do our best to send your orders on time, but cannot be responsable for delays
above our control. Tanavana Private Limited may not be held liable for late delivery
or non-delivery attributable to causes of force majeure or chance.

We will deliver items ordered in India approximately 48/72 hours after courier
collection from our warehouses while, for orders from the overseas orders,
approximately within 7/10 working days after courier collection from our
warehouses. Tanavana Private Limited may not be held liable for late delivery or

Refunds

Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the
merchandise. In case of products ineligible for returns, it is mentioned in that
particular product details. All form of Jewelry is ineligible for returns.
The Tanavana team must receive and approve your return request. Once your
request is received and approved, you will be asked to ship across the products to
our partner office in New Delhi, India, or in Madrid, Spain, for international orders.

Once returns are received by us and clear quality checks, you can choose to
receive store credit or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for
payment. A re-stocking fee will be applicable at the following rates per product:

- For Products worth < $150, re-stocking fee = $9 per product
- For Products in $150 - $299 price range, re-stocking fee = $15 per product
- For Products worth > $300, re-stocking fee = $20 per product
