DELIVERED PRODUCT IS OVERSIZED OR UNDERSIZED? IS A BIGGER OR SMALLER SIZE REQUIRED?
You can quickly raise the size exchange request from the 'My Account' section of the website, or you can mail us at support@tanavana.com mentioning the new required size, and we will revert within 72 working hours. In case of size or fitting problems, you can exchange the product for the size you need.
We may arrange a reverse pick-up of the product delivered to you as a humble gesture.
For Size Exchanges, items must be returned in unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged condition and carefully returned in their original condition along with the TANAVANA ESL box in which it was packed & delivered. An exchange request will be raised within three days of receiving the item.
We will prepare a fresh piece in your new specified size, which will dispatch as soon as it gets ready.
A product can be exchanged only once. It cannot be exchanged or returned a second time.
In case of non-availability of the new demanded size, our standard Returns and Cancellation Policy would apply.
