TO INDIAN (DOMESTIC) CUSTOMERS
Shipping charge within India is free (not applicable).
Our consignments are dispatched for shipping from Jaipur.
Once the order is ready and dispatched by us, it is usually delivered to the customer between 5 to 7 working days (or delivery time may be unavoidably extended subject to any unforeseen restriction or lockdown imposed by the Government during the Covid-19 pandemic or other such circumstances).
We have regular contacts with leading courier services to ship (deliver) the consignments. For serving Domestic Orders, we ship through Delhivery or DTDC so that your products reach you on time.
Dispatching customized (made-on-order) items/products may take 10 to 15 business days. We dispatch the products as soon as they become ready. We do not wait for the complete order to be shipped together. For the convenience of customers, we can dispatch the readied order in parts (or in batches) in the event of attending a bulk order so that customers can use whatever products are ready with us.
As soon as we dispatch the product shipment, its tracking information is communicated to the customer on priority through e-mail and messages.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES OUTSIDE INDIA
TANAVANA dispatch the consignments across the Globe through DHL. We do not ship the products to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
International shipping for Garments is free for orders above 150 USD or equivalent to INR 12000/-. TANAVANA may add transportation expenses on particular products like glass items, lamps, or jewellery products, irrespective of the value of the order.
For orders, less than 150 Euros or an amount equivalent to less than INR 12000/-, TANAVANA Inc will add INR 2000 against transportation expenses in the billing itself. These transportation expenses on glass items, lamps or jewellery products may differ or increase.
Note that order cancellation requests may be duly accepted by us strictly within 24 hours of receiving the order and not beyond 24 hours. The refund claim of any advances by the customer (against the order cancellation beyond 24 hours) would remain at our sole discretion only.
Dispatching customized (made-on-order) items/products may take 10 to 15 business days to dispatch. The ordered products will be shipped (dispatched) at once in a single lot as soon as the products in the order become ready. However, such a shipping condition is mutually negotiable to suit both parties' requirements during the pandemic.
We invariably maintain a decent track record of dispatching orders within the stipulated period in ordinary business. But delivery time may be unavoidably extended subject to any restriction or lockdown imposed by the Government during the Covid-19 pandemic or other such circumstances.
