1. Returns and Exchanges

  • We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Tags and labels must be intact.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the desired replacement.

6. Exceptions

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
  • Undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
