Return & Exchange Policy

1. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Yes. You may return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is in perfect condition
  • It has not been used or washed
  • It is returned in its original packaging

2. WHO COVERS THE COST OF RETURNS?

  • If the item is defective or there was a shipping error, Tanavana will cover all return costs, including any customs-related fees.
  • If you are returning the product for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or clearance charges involved in sending the item back to India.

3. HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Please email us at
support@tanavana.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will reply within 2–3 business days with the return instructions.

4. DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.
