PRODUCT RETURN POLICY FOR DOMESTIC DELIVERIES IN INDIA

In case of defective or damaged product, complaint should be raised at [email protected] within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery of product. We have 7 days RETURNS POLICY subject to valid reasons.

RETURNS FOR DOMESTIC DELIVERIES IN INDIA

If the customer is not satisfied with the product, then one needs to mail us at [email protected] within 2 days from the date of receiving the parcel. TANAVANA may offer to arrange a reverse pick-up from customer’s place. However, reverse pick-up may not be available from the few locations of selected Postal Index Number (PIN) Codes. For getting refund, the customer can choose from the following two options:

  • Store Credit: We offer to credit the amount equal to product value to customer’s 'TANAVANA.COM Account'. Customer can easily use this credited amount by accessing Cart/Payment page at our website during the next purchase from us. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
  • Bank Refund: We offer to refund the amount into bank account of customer, especially after deducting INR (Rs) 500 towards shipping and restocking charges per product from the selling price. Customer is asked to provide us bank details – Name of the Bank, Branch location, IFS Code, Customer’s Name, Account No., enabling us to process the refund.
  • If the product is returned back to us due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged or defective product, etc.), we would refund the full invoice value, or replace the product as per customer’s demand.
  • It is mandatory to return the product in TANAVANA Box, in which it was delivered to the customer. TANAVANA shall deduct the amount of INR 500 /- in case the customer fails to return the product in TANAVANA packaging box.
  • If the customer requests us for refund, then refund process would be initiated only after 48 hours, we receive back the product and validate the return.
  • The inspection is made on receiving back the returned goods.
  • In case a reverse pick-up is not accomplished due to mistake of Courier Company or customer for any reason, the customer must contact TANAVANA for rearranging the reverse pick-up. If the customer fails to contact us within due time period, we may unavoidably reject his return/exchange request.
  • The customer should not accept the tampered package. We entertain the return request only when untampered package was delivered to the customer.
  • Once we approve an eligible sales return, the refund or store credit of the appropriate amount is duly issued within 5 days. On the other hand, if the returned product is not admissible for the refund on inspection, or product is returned without valid reason subject to our norms and policy, the same product is couriered back to the customer. In either case, the matter will be solved on reasonable grounds within 10 days of receiving of the return package from the customer. We would not be liable for any damage that occurs to the product during the transit of return shipping.
  • The customer agrees to accept and approve this Returns Policy, and to cooperate with any decision taken by TANAVANA on reasonable grounds concerning the returns validation, whether the product is accepted by us as a valid return or not, whenever, or whatsoever.
  • The customer agrees not to raise unnecessary or unreasonable disputes or discordances or engage in unfair tactics against TANAVANA.
  • The customer is expected to read thoroughly all the written content, terms and conditions, or relevant sections of this website or any other printed form of product literature provided by us to the customer, before making the purchases or transactions.
  • On careful examining the returned products at our end, any unjustified or unreasonable return would not be accepted by us. And we would be sending back those products to the customer. Such a customer would be blacklisted for future purchases from us.
  • If more than 50% of the delivered products are unreasonably or repeatedly returned by a particular customer, then his future orders would be processed only on non-cancellation and non-return basis. Taking such an action would be duly informed to the customer beforehand.
  • All disputes subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.
  • Items must be returned in unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged condition, and must be carefully returned in their original condition. Return items would be accepted by us only in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, dust bags. Any item that has been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted by us, and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Except for the defective items, please notify that we do not permit refunds, returns or exchanges for the items as under:
    • Custom made products (Products personalized to customer’s requirement)
    • Jewelry Items
    • Home Décor
    • Handbags
    • Accessories
    • The products which are sold under the condition or having the tags marked with non-returnable or non-exchangeable item.
  • Modes of Refunds are as under:

ORDER CANCELLATION FOR DOMESTIC DELIVERIES IN INDIA

If the customer wishes to cancel an order for any reason, its cancellation process should be initiated urgently within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly contact us at [email protected] for the same.

  • If the order is cancelled within 24 hours, we will duly refund the full amount to the card or payment mode that you used for making us the payment.
  • Any request for the cancellation of order will not be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order. And thereafter it would be at the discretion of TANAVANA whether to refund the advances or not.

The customer agrees to accept the Order Cancellation Policy of TANAVANA, and further agrees to cooperate with the decision made by TANAVANA.COM

RETURNS / EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

TANAVANA PRODUCTS – TANAVANA do not have Return / Exchange option for the International Orders.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS – In case of any damaged product, intimate us within 48 hours of receiving the product at [email protected] or by sending a message on Whatsapp at +91-9772058777 (Monday - Saturday, 9.30 AM-6 PM, IST). Kindly note that the term 'Damage' does not include any issue with respect to the style/design of the product.

CANCELLATION – Order(s) once dispatched by us, cannot be cancelled. However, if the Order(s) are yet to be shipped from our end, the customer can cancel the order and seek refund against it.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY TANAVANA:

Please notify that there may be certain order enquiries that we are unable to accept, process or fulfill. We reserve our right to accept, review, revise, amend, reject, or cancel any order at our sole discretion anytime for any reason whatsoever. We take full care in serving our customers with finest business practices, professionalism, and integrity. However, few unavoidable situations may arise compelling us to cancel the customer’s order, such as, arising of unexpected adverse market conditions limiting us to attend the Order, or restrictions imposed by the government during global pandemic, or unintentional misquoting of prices, terms, and conditions, or safeguarding our genuine interests against the problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional information for the verification process before accepting any order

The customer is informed within a reasonable timeframe about the cancellation of order (partly or fully) at our end. Or any additional information is sought to accept and confirm the customer’s order. We will duly refund the amount back the customer’s same card or net banking account through which the amount was paid to us.

The customer agrees to accept TANAVANA’s Order Cancellation Policy, and decision made by us.
