EXCHANGE POLICY

 

DELIVERED PRODUCT IS OVERSIZED OR UNDERSIZED? BIGGER OR SMALLER SIZE REQUIRED?

  • You can raise the size exchange request with ease from 'My Account' section of website, or you can mail us at [email protected] mentioning the new required size, and we will revert within 72 working hours. In case of size or fitting problem, you can get the product exchanged with an appropriate size you need.
  • We may offer to arrange a reverse pick-up of the product delivered to you as a humble gesture.
  • For Size Exchanges, items must be returned in unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged condition, and must be carefully returned in their original condition along with the TANAVANA box in which it was packed & delivered. And exchange request should be raised within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • We would prepare a fresh piece in your new specified size, and it would be dispatched as soon as it gets ready.
  • A product can be exchanged only once. It cannot be exchanged or returned second time.
  • In case of non-availability of new demanded size, our standard Returns and Cancellation Policy would apply.

WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT AND BUY A NEW PRODUCT ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID?

  • Return a product and buy a new product by adjusting the amount is not applicable at TANAVANA.com.
  • For exchange of size, item must be returned in unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged condition, and must be carefully returned in their original condition along with the TANAVANA box in which it was packed & delivered. And request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • We may offer to arrange a reverse pick-up of the product delivered to you.

NOTE: THIS EXCHANGE POLICY IS APPLICABLE ONLY ON DOMESTIC DELIVERY / ORDERS (DELIVERED IN INDIA). FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA), OUR REGULAR RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY IS APPLICABLE FOR EXCHANGES.
